Vegetable Index

The Index is organized by family so as to get you better acquainted with plant relationships.  The pictures you’ll see in the menu items are the flowers or seeds of the crop. We rarely see this side of the crops we eat.  It is important to think about the crops in relation to their entire life cycle including flowering and seed formation.
